RBF at a Consultative Meeting on the Implementation of the SDG Agenda

Belgrade, September 4, 2018 – Milica Mišković Hristov, project manager, represented the Responsible Business Forum at the UN Global Compact meeting regarding the MAPS mission for the implementation of the Agenda 2030 on Sustainable Development Goals. The meeting was organized by the United Nations Office in Serbia.
MAPS aims to provide support to the Government of the Republic of Serbia in defining the steps for the implementation of Agenda 2030. The mission experts are from the UN countries, the EU Delegation and the World Bank. The mission will meet a wide range of groups, including the private sector, civil society, development partners, international organizations and government entities.
The UN Global Compact is the largest, voluntary association of companies in the world dedicated to integrating and promoting the principles of corporate social responsibility. In 2007, Serbia joined this association, which includes 9,792 companies from 164 countries, whose members are committed to achieving sustainable development goals.
In Serbia, the association gathers over 110 companies, organizations, associations and academic institutions.
