The Corporate Volunteering Award
The Corporate Volunteering Award was established in 2011 in cooperation with international partners CSR Europe and BITC as a part of the celebration of the European Year of Volunteering and a wider initiative that was implemented in 23 European countries.
Since 2012, the Award has been presented at the national level in the following categories: Best employee volunteering program, Most successful partnership in the local community, Employee development, Results measurement and Innovation. In 2014, the Prize was dedicated to engaging employees in the facilitation and elimination of the floods’ consequences.
The award enables the best practices of employee involvement in community support programs to be promoted to the professional and general public, and encourages this form of engagement, which brings multiple benefits for all parties involved.
The winners of the award are decided by an independent jury consisting of representatives of state institutions, companies, business associations, non-governmental and international organizations.
